Stephen has been involved with everything energy and sustainability-related in 20 years of local Government. He has covered things from climate change strategies, energy efficiency advice, renewable energy schemes, electric vehicle infrastructure, funding, heat networks, communications and engagement.

The thing he is most proud of is the development of the many staff that have come through his team that have either stayed with the Council or have gone onto bigger and better things.
