Richard Noyes
Rich has over two decades of commercial, technical and continuous improvement experience within the Energy, Industrial and Semi-Automotive sectors.
Having spent the first 12 years of his career working across the value chain with Caterpillar, most latterly as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he led their Industrial Power System Division global supply chain strategy. In 2010, he relocated to Austria to join GE’s Energy division, applying Six Sigma within the engineering function at Jenbacher Gas Engines.
On return to the UK, and for the next 11 years, he assumed commercial responsibility for core elements of the GE Oil & Gas, now Baker Hughes, relationship with bp. Since 2022, as Sectors Director, Rich has been providing leadership of Baker Hughes business development activity in new sectors, with specific focus on UK Geothermal, and the global Mining and Metals sector.
