Helena leads and promotes AECOM’s approach to the Energy Transition across Europe and India. She develops sustainable strategies for project and programme delivery, takes a lead in client relationship management as well as leading in thought leadership.

Helena has a broad background having worked across a wide range of industries including power generation, commercial real estate, blue light, health, defence and education.

Helena is a Fellow and past Vice President of the IMechE, she won the WICE award for digital innovation in 2022 and has been recognised by the FT as one of the 100 most Influential women in Engineering.
