Anne worked in the geothermal sector in Bavaria for many years. She acted at city, state and national level in Germany to extend opportunities for geothermal development, whilst working as project developer with local communities in Bavaria to realise deep geothermal projects.

Anne currently leads Geothermal UK, the industry coalition accelerating geothermal. Geothermal UK brings stakeholders together for aligned action to raise awareness and build policy and investment frameworks enabling geothermal development.
