Nick has over 20 years’ experience in equities, working across research, sales and advisory, with sector specialisation in business services, transportation and oil & gas. He spent a decade at Deutsche Bank, where he was a Managing Director.

He subsequently moved into industry, spending nine years at ISS A/S in a number of senior roles, including Head of Investor Relations, Head of Group Strategy, Marketing & Communications, and SVP Global Key Accounts.

He later founded Westbourne Advisors, providing buy-side, sell-side and strategic advisory services to investors and leadership teams within the Business Services sector, before joining Ocean Wall in 2026.

He holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.
