Caroline is the industrial development lead for renewable energy, critical minerals, marine and space at Cornwall Council, and is based in Camborne in Cornwall.

She holds a masters degree in energy policy from Plymouth University.

Caroline has held several senior roles within the council, including Senior Trade and Investment Manager, for Cornwall Trade and Investment. Prior to that she worked as Senior Development Advisor and Clean Energy Advisor at Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Local Enterprise Partnership.
