Lars Varnbueler is a Senior Global Business Lead at Watson‑Marlow. He has a strong background in mining applications and process pump technologies and has held senior commercial and engineering roles across portfolio leadership, product management and project governance. Based in Germany, Lars works closely with global mining teams and customers. Most recently, Lars has been shaping the company’s global mining go‑to‑market strategies.

Since joining Watson-Marlow in 2018, Lars has had a significant influence on product portfolios and development programmes, particularly across hose pumps and reagents metering solutions. In his current remit, Lars is also responsible for global trade and tariff compliance. Lars holds an Engineering Diploma in Technology Management from the University of Stuttgart and earlier in his career, co‑developed a novel peristaltic pump technology.
