Peter has 24 years of HR & L&D experience and is based in Swansea. His career highlights include helping to achieve Investors in People Silver Standard. He is an experienced HR generalist, L&D professional with specialism in OD and talent management.

After a 12-year lapse, Peter re-introduced an apprentice programme, he is a member of the Enginuity Board UK, Chair of South Wales HR Network.

He holds an MSC In Human Resource Management, Postgraduate in Human Resource Management. L&D Level 4 Qualification, TAQA Competency Assessor, IOSH Managing Safely Qualification 

Peter has been married to Caroline for 26 years, and has two grown up children Matthew and Angharad, & enjoys travel, keep-fit, DIY & reading.
