Mike has over 20 years’ experience in oil and gas exploration, business development, commercial and production project management in the USA, UK and other international markets. He has spent time in senior government roles and as Executive Director in the Welsh Development Agency (2001-2005) before working in the Government of Jersey (2005-2017).
