Zac has almost 10 years’ experience in the mining & metals industry and is an integral member of Hatch’s hydrometallurgical team, with extensive experience in plant design and a fundamental understanding of the chemistry, water balance, and equipment design characteristics of these facilities. He has worked on numerous lithium brine, hard rock and conversion projects including, direct lithium extraction from European geothermal brines, a European electrolysis conversion plant, as well as commissioning and ramp-up Albemarle’s Kemerton Lithium Hydroxide Processing Plant in Western Australia.
