Ali is a Senior Geologist at Eden Geothermal with almost nine years’ experience in geothermal and critical mineral exploration where he leads on the geological aspects of the Eden site development from resource characterisation to drilling technologies.

With a technical background in exploration techniques and exploration drilling, Ali’s role also supports the Eden team with building feasibility level studies for businesses across Cornwall and the UK who want to decarbonise their industrial process with deep geothermal solutions.

Having led major geothermal exploration drilling campaigns in Cornwall this makes Ali a specialist in all aspects of running exploration programmes, from desk-based assessments, planning and permitting through to getting rocks out of the ground and hydrogeological and geochemical testing.
