Why Enter?
Your poster will be displayed to leaders across the mining industry – from planning and design to extraction, beneficiation, investment, government and major operators
How To Enter
- Create an A4 portrait poster (210mm × 297mm)
- Submit your artwork as PDF, GIF, JPEG, Word or Publisher
- Deadline: 1 May 2026
- All posters will be printed & displayed at the conference
What makes a great poster
- Headline: bold and attention-grabbing
- Illustration: large, clear, visual storytelling
- Copy: no more than 6 bullet points or 6 words per line
- Logo: shows commitment to quality (your school/college)
- Contact: how to get in touch
- Avoid: clutter, too many colours or fonts
Prize
A prize will be awarded for the best poster.
