Tom Drabble is Global Sustainability Manager at the International Lithium Association (ILiA), where he leads work on responsible production, carbon footprints and sustainability engagement across the global lithium value chain. He coordinates industry collaboration on sustainability initiatives and supports members in navigating evolving frameworks such as the EU Battery Regulation.
Tom previously worked as Senior Sustainability Analyst at Benchmark Mineral Intelligence, where he specialised in critical raw materials and lithium supply chains. He holds a Master’s degree in Environment, Development and Politics.
