Eloise is an Environmental Scientist with over 24 years’ experience in decarbonisation, air quality, industrial emission regulation and project management within local government and the private sector. She holds an MSc in Integrated Environmental Studies from the University of Southampton and is a Chartered Scientist.  Eloise is currently working for Treveth Holdings LLP, Cornwall Council’s Housing and Commercial Developer, as the Programme Manager for the Langarth Garden Village Deep Geothermal District Heating Network.
